HOW IT WORKS
"We've got you covered with everything you need - from equipment to aprons and all the necessary tools! The class itself lasts approximately 2.5 hours, not including your eating session where we all get to taste the food we made together."
The chef demonstrates the recipe, what needs to be done and best practices
The teams get their hands dirty and reproduce the menu with the support and supervision of the chef
A LITTLE COMPETITION!
The chef will judge the dishes adding a bit of fun and a bit of competition between the teams
I learned a lot on Sunday, and in particular the lesson on gnocchi was an eye opener for me and I look forward to making my own when winter returns next year. In the meantime I plan to enjoy Vietnamese spring rolls tonight and look forward to making squid salad and moules mariniere in the very near future.
