Cooking With Beer — We talk about beer, cook with beer, and drink beer! On arrival at this male only cooking class, you will be given a short safety brief and orientation. Your chef will demonstrate the courses to be cooked, and answer any questions that you might have. You will then break into pairs to prepare the meal under the guidance of your chef. This is when we match the beers with the meal created, and discuss why it works so well! Importantly, you are also taught many of the shortcuts professional chefs use to produce great results quickly - a bonus for guys on the go. By introducing you to the practical theories of cooking, it's a cooking class you can enjoy for a lifetime. NB Currently this beer class is only held in Brisbane. Father and Son Cooking Class On arrival at this male only cooking class, you will be given a short safety brief and orientation. Your chef will demonstrate the courses to be cooked, and answer any questions that you might have. You will then break into pairs to prepare the meal under the guidance of your chef. When all of the meals are ready, we’ll sit down as a group and enjoy the prepared meals! On The Menu: ¨ Ricotta Al Fungi (Stuffed Mushrooms with Ricotta and Basil) ¨ Clam Soup ¨ Roasted Chicken Breast with Garlic Mashed Potato and Agresto Sauce ¨ Caesar Salad ¨ Chocolate Soufflé Cakes
